Muse-ings with Atherton – Few books from 2008

First, if you have not noticed, Tim Atherton is back writing his blog muse-ings again, so welcome back Tim!

Second, he just posted an interesting article about a few books for 2008, that is worth a read.

Third, I had hoped to have an article in conjunction with Jonathan Brown at Leadapron for some recommendations for 2008, but that will be a little late in coming, probably after photo l.a., which is in a couple of weeks.

So meanwhile, I can still recommend:

re-publication of Robert Frank’s The Americans by Steidl

Julia Blackmon’s Domestic Vacataions by Radius Books

David Plowden: Vanishing Point by Norton.

Best regards, Douglas
